1. Individuals contacting resources do so with courtesy and respect.
2. Individuals utilizing resource information understand that Southwest Institute and community action teams are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Southwest Institute and SWIft® Resources serve as connectors among individuals and not providers of service.
4. Users of resource information are encouraged to provide feedback on the helpfulness of the information and resource. Feedback is provided tactfully, honestly and without prejudice and intent to harm the provider of information. Positive feedback is encouraged.
5. Users of resource information are encouraged to alert resources or the SWIft® resource manager of any inaccurate information in order for it to be corrected.
6. Providers of resource information may at times be unable to provide assistance, particularly skills, talent or knowledge. It is up to the resource provider and user to arrange for or negotiate the provision of assistance.
7. In the event that disputes occur over the rendering of information or services, users and providers assume responsibility to remedy the dispute. Users hold harmless Southwest Institute and community action teams in event of demands and damages.
