Using
the Search function:
a.
To
view or search for resource information, click on the
SWIft® Resource Search tab on the Home
Page.
b.
Search
by category (type of resource, service, county, etc.) or select
ALL to see all resource information entered.
Click on Search.
c.
At
the bottom of the screen, there will be a list of Resources.
Move the cursor to the right of the screen and click on
Details of the Resource you want to review.
d.
Review
the basic resource information.
e.
Go to
the bottom of the screen to view other information.
Click on those categories with a Yes
to view more information.
f.
Go to
the bottom of the screen to see the Resource
Detail information.
You may view or print the detailed information.
g.
Click
on Back at the top left hand of the
screen to go back to the selected resource screen.
Click on Map, which will
automatically link you to Mapquest,
showing a map of the location of the Resource and directions for getting there.
h.
Click
on Resource Feedback to view
feedback provided by those who have contacted or utilized the resource.
i.
To
provide feedback on resources contacted, click on Details, go to the bottom of
the screen and click on Feedback.
Enter helpful feedback.
2.
SWIft®
Resources Reports:
a.
Reports
will be generated on a periodic basis that summarizes resource information.
Community action teams, organizations and agencies may receive reports
to assist data driven decision making, planning and distribution of resources.
